Welcome to the first part of four videos exploring how we can improve productivity.
One thing many people will say across organisation's is that there just isn't enough time to get all the things that need to be done, in a day. Yet if you look at many working habits, a lot of time is gets taken in doing repetitive tasks, that add little if any value, but it's just something that we've always done. To be as competitive as we can be, organisations need to review these activities and ask the fundamental questions of why? By undertaking these tasks, is it our way of demonstrating that we are doing something, allbeit the activities might be a complete waste of time?
