Asking the Right Questions
Restricting employees to standard survey questions only works if you are confident in the questions you are asking being the issues employees cite as impacting on their experiences.
Taking off-the-shelf surveys only leads to a lot of neutral scoring questions – ‘I neither agree nor disagree’. This feedback is of little value as whatever the question, you don’t know why employees score the way they did. Our approach helps you understand the ‘why’ because we capture it. The sessions we run, whether online or face-to-face, ask semi-structured questions and open questions allowing us to understand what it’s like to work in your organisation. We openly audio record the sessions, transcribe them and theme them to capture and create a sentiment analysis. This feedback will allow organisations to feel confident with the accuracy of the feedback and understand why the feedback was mentioned.
